Jamie,

I wanted to congratulate you on the selection of this post in November's Carnival of Trust, hosted this month by Jordan Furlong.

The Carnival of Trust is held monthly and highlights the best posts dealing with the subject of trust in business, politics and society. Your keen insight into the discussion that trust is not something that can simply be established because you will it to (or hang posters) is spot on. Trust must be earned and given in equal measure, it does not blossom because one says it is there. Trust is a good thing, and yet it is probably one of the more difficult concepts to establish and hold on to.

Thank you for this great piece, it is a fantastic addition to the Carnival. To see more of the Carnival and read the other selections, please go to http://www.law21.ca/2009/11/02/carnival-of-trus...

Congratulations again,
Kristin Abele
www.trustedadvisor.com/trustmatters
