		<description>Utterly agree. Even the language that is used is dehumanized - deliberately IMO to obscure vested interests.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;We talk about leaders and companies and organizations.  We need to talk more about ourselves.  Where you and I are going and whom we are inviting to come along.  And as I write that, I know that won&#039;t happen. We all feel we have to spin.</description>
