Utterly agree. Even the language that is used is dehumanized - deliberately IMO to obscure vested interests.
We talk about leaders and companies and organizations. We need to talk more about ourselves. Where you and I are going and whom we are inviting to come along. And as I write that, I know that won't happen. We all feel we have to spin.
Defining courage as the courage to grow? Meaning the courage to learn with the possibility of failure. That does it for me. Can we concentrate when failure is possible. Failure still might happen, but can we concentrate?
