What’s a Girl Got to Do to Get a Little Attention?

Raindrop here.
I’m mad at my mom.
- I stole her computer.
- Dragged it in my house.
- And decided to blog about it.
Mom’s in town this week - so what about me?
- I was a good girl.
- I guarded her for hours.
- And Mom petted that darn computer all day - ignoring me!
I wanted some attention.
- I barked.
- I jumped up by her feet.
- I batted the computer with my paw.
Okay, so Mom put the computer aside.
- Held me in her arms.
- Said nice things.
- And scratched my ears.
But why did Mom make me beg?
- Doesn’t she know I’m on her team?
- Sure her work is important.
- But I am too.
Hey Mom throw me a bone once in a while will ya?
As Mom always says, makes me think of chapter leaders…what kind of attention do you give your members?
