Who knew?

Lately I immersed myself in exploring the potential of social media.

• Supporting chapters.
• Fueling a movement
• Building community.

Started seeing lots of similarities to my latest book.

• The Lazy Leader’s Guide to Outrageous Results.
• Transforms do-it-all martyr leaders.
• Into Lazy Leaders who involve many.

Social media strategies and Lazy Leaders both:

• Let go of control.
• Let others get personal with content.
• Encourage the party.

The former competitive math student in me saw the light.

• If you look at key elements of embracing social media.
• And apply to how you lead.
• You become a Lazy Leader!

My book teaches leaders how to make the transition - pretty cool!

Makes me think of chapter leaders…can you translate what your chapter does into a simple formula?
