This Sale Walked
Last night I checked out a new store.
- Clothes were very cute.
- In my colors.
- And great styles for me.
Five sales clerks were in the store.
- I was the only potential customer.
- I had money in my pocket.
- And saw a few things I would look really good in.
Unfortunately, the clerks deemed me not worthy.
- Spread out through the store.
- Not a single one acknowledged me.
- I would have to beg to get in the fitting room.
I felt rejected by the store.
- I was even dressed nicely.
- What was wrong with them?
- I could do better.
Those cute outfits weren’t worth giving my money to rude people.
Make me think of chapter leaders…how do guests feel when they attend your events?
