Associations Now interviewed me recently about association e-learning and what sorts of expectations organizations should have when undertaking an e-learning initiative. The resulting article came out in this month’s edition and is now online at E-learning Expectations.

Many of my comments in the article draw upon findings from the Association E-learning 2009: State of the Sector report released in late March. I undertook this report mostly because, having worked in association e-learning for nearly a decade, I feel like we are past due for a body of research that will help association e-learning professionals do what the Associations Now article points to: set and manage expectations around e-learning.
