Bounce these ideas around.

Time to spread some link love. Lots of good stuff out there these past couple weeks. Here are my personal favorites.
Generations
Pew Internet has good news about the value teens place on writing. I’ve been involved in several conversations about generations lately, and this is a good counter to those who argue that teens can’t write and don’t seem interested in it.
Bob Wolfe challenges us to apply GenY generalizations only to large groups, not individuals.
Pushing in the Right Direction
Tony Rossell shares a real life example of how loyalty questions in a survey can give actionable feedback that you might otherwise miss. I commented about the Net Promoter Score, and how an association benchmark could be valuable for all of us.
Jamie Notter explains how organizations evolve and how you can steer that evolution.
Managing Your Online Identity
Jeremy Epstein equates the practice of separating personal from professional profiles on social spaces like Facebook to cutting yourself off at the knees.
Word of Mouth Plugin
Tell-a-Friend is the new social bookmarking plugin on the scene. Except it’s not really about social bookmarking as much as it’s about word of mouth--directly sharing information through email, IM and social networks. I like the way it let’s you sign into Gmail, Yahoo Mail or Hotmail and check off people from your address book rather than typing individual email addresses.
